Privacy Policy
Effective and last updated: July 21, 2026
1. Scope
This policy explains how the Longlive product team handles information in the Longlive mobile application, TestFlight beta, website, and related beta services. Longlive is a wellness product for everyday self-observation and is not a medical device.
2. Information we handle
- Account and session data: display name, email address when supplied, installation identifier, authentication session, and account settings.
- Device data: band identifier, pairing and ownership state, capabilities, battery state, firmware information, and synchronization timestamps.
- Wellness data: activity, sleep, heart-rate-related signals, temperature trends, derived scores, baselines, and other measurements you choose to collect. Raw sensor samples may be processed when supported and enabled.
- Diagnostics and feedback: app version, device and operating-system information, crash diagnostics, and feedback you submit through TestFlight or support.
- Website data: an email address if you voluntarily join the early-access list, plus basic server logs needed for security and delivery.
The first TestFlight build uses simulated band data. It does not collect real wearable sensor data unless a later build clearly enables a supported device connection.
3. How we use information
We use information only to:
- provide account, device-pairing, synchronization, trend, and explanation features;
- calculate and display personal wellness insights and confidence states;
- operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the beta;
- respond to support, privacy, export, and deletion requests; and
- send the specific early-access message requested on the website.
We do not sell personal information and do not use wellness data for third-party advertising. Where applicable, processing is based on providing the service you request, your consent for optional health-related collection, and our legitimate interest in keeping the beta reliable and secure.
4. Sharing and infrastructure
Information may be handled by essential service providers, such as Apple for TestFlight distribution and infrastructure providers used to host the beta. The primary Longlive beta service is currently hosted in Germany. Providers may process information only to deliver their contracted service. We may also disclose information when legally required or to protect users, the service, or our rights.
5. Retention and deletion
We keep beta information only while it is needed to operate and evaluate the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, or protect the service. Retention may differ by data type. You can request a copy, correction, export, or deletion of your information by contacting us. We may retain limited records when required by law or for security and fraud-prevention purposes.
6. Your choices and rights
You can stop collection by disconnecting the band, signing out, or removing the beta app. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, restrict, object to processing of, or delete personal information, and to withdraw consent. To make a request, email i.skorikov@dv-consulting.ru. We may need to verify the request before acting on it.
7. Security
We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including encrypted network transport, access controls, and separation of production data services. No system is completely secure, especially during beta testing, so please do not submit information that the product does not request.
8. Updates and contact
We may update this policy as the beta changes. The effective date above will change when revisions are published. Questions and privacy requests can be sent to i.skorikov@dv-consulting.ru.
